Still Hollow Games is a solo indie studio run by Robert. This site (stillhollowgames.com) is where we talk about ElfCraft and what we're working on. No legal department here. Just a plain explanation of what happens with your data.
When you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address and the approximate time and location of your signup. That means your IP address, anonymized to the network level, not your exact address. We need it to send you the newsletter and to comply with email law (confirmed opt-in, unsubscribe on every email, that sort of thing).
We will never sell your email address. We will never add you to another list without your permission. You'll only hear from us when we have something worth saying.
If you fill out the contact form, we keep your name, email, and message for up to two years so we can refer back to the conversation if needed.
Our server keeps basic logs (page paths, error codes, request timestamps) for debugging. They're deleted automatically after 60 days. No analytics cookies. No third-party trackers.
You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email we send you. If you want us to delete everything immediately, that's your right under GDPR Article 17 and you can do it yourself from the same unsubscribe page. There's a "Delete all my data" option right there.
